Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 100 percent of the appointment cost. Any payments already made will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals, No Shows & Last Minute Cancellations
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late and still wish to proceed with the service will incur an additional fee of $100, subject to artist availability. If the appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the client will be responsible for 100 percent of the appointment cost.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice is considered a no show. No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100 percent of the appointment cost.
Illness Policy
If you are feeling sick prior to your appointment, please reschedule as soon as possible. A doctor’s note clearing you for service is required before rescheduling.
If a valid doctor’s note is provided, 50 percent of the appointment cost will be owed to reschedule.
If no doctor’s note is provided, the client is responsible for 100 percent of the appointment cost.
